If you do not recover at least the cost of your assessment within 30 days of receiving your written report, we will continue working with you — at no additional charge — for up to 90 days from the date of your initial payment.
What This Means in Practice
If Achieved
If we identify and help you implement improvements generating at least US$997 in additional revenue or recovered costs within 30 days, the guarantee is satisfied.
If Not Yet Achieved
If that milestone has not been reached within 30 days, we do not walk away. We continue the engagement at no additional cost.
Up to 90 Days
We work with you for up to 90 days from the date of payment to ensure the result is achieved.
